Coaching will be the next big thing of our times.
It is people who are creating the digital revolution and super technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), and it is coaching that supports people. The success of organizations and people hinges on coaching. New times and new technologies must be human-centered. We need competent coaching professionals and HR management experts with strategic thinking and balanced theoretical and practical knowledge, who can adapt and lead the rapidly changing environment (corporate, school, public institution, medical care, welfare, service, etc.) in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). To this end, GSBA identified coaching science to establish the first-ever independent course in Korea.
